Honey

From creating clean fruit-growing areas, VSAPAT collaborates with cooperatives to develop a honey bee farming model, utilizing natural resources. VSAPAT’s honey is harvested from four beekeeping cooperatives in Son La and Dien Bien provinces. The abundance of seasonal and geographically specific flowers has resulted in many high-quality honey products such as longan flower honey, lily flower honey, and forest flower honey.

The bee colonies are scientifically arranged in valleys and mountain slopes where natural flowers and grasses grow. The beekeeping unit is a cooperative with members who are local people with many years of experience in raising and caring for bees for honey production in the mountainous provinces of Northwest Vietnam.
